Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

We ship from the USA. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6 business days, fully tracked.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every US order. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days and is fully tracked.

What's your return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded free (just send a photo — no return needed). Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days if unused, with return shipping paid by the customer.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Pick a product, choose how often you want it (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), and save 15% on every delivery. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime — no calls, no fees.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists dimensions and suitable pet sizes. Not sure? Email us your pet's weight and breed and we'll recommend the best fit.

How do I pay?

We accept PayPal and all major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
