If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, just email a quick photo to support@fluffopets.com within 7 days. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.
No problem — contact us within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original condition, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive it, we'll refund the product price (original shipping is non-refundable).
